Organizational accounts are for users affiliated with and purchasing for a U.S. or Canadian school or district, tutoring center, or distributor. These users are eligible for tax-exemption, account-specific pricing, and order and billing history for all purchases on the account. Account access is approved within one business day.
Individual accounts are for parents, homeschoolers, or other individuals not affiliated with a school or district or purchasing privately. The users are charged applicable state and local taxes and receive standard consumer pricing. Account access is granted immediately.
General Users have access to their own orders and shared quotes. The Admin User has access to the full transaction history for the account and is typically in finance, purchasing, or administration. One Admin per account.
