General Shipping Information

EPS ships directly to locations within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Please allow 10–14 business days for your order to be processed, shipped, and delivered from our centrally located warehouse facility in Illinois. Shipping and handling charges are prepaid and added to the invoice.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Ground Shipping
  • 15% of physical item order total, with a $9.95 minimum
  • Alaska and Hawaii, $15.00 minimum

International Shipping

Due to current export compliance rules and regulations, all international orders must go through a US-based freight forwarder and include the final destination address. Orders will ship complete. EPS will not process personal international orders. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. EPS will ship best way.

  • 15% of physical item order total, with a $9.95 minimum
